Our Japanese chefs are very experienced in Japanese Ramen, and they have acquired skills for the making of exquisite ramen directly from Mr. Hideto Kawahara, a chef who possesses a Bib Gourmand award from Michelen. Currently, a few of our Dutch chefs are learning our unique way of cooking ramen at our kitchen!
